Best digital loyalty cards in Belgium 2026: twelve compared

The best digital loyalty card is the one that fits your shop: a simple Wallet card, a points scheme tied to a till, or a full marketing tool. We compare twelve on the same criteria, and Fidelia, which wrote this page, is one of them.

By The Fidelia team

Ranking by Fidelia, which is one of the products listed. Criteria and sources are on this page.

In short: there is no single best card; there is the one that fits your shop. We compared twelve options on the same criteria and say who each suits best. Fidelia wrote this page, so read it with that in mind: Fidelia is listed first, and every competitor fact comes from their own page, checked on 25 October 2026.

What criteria did we use?

No scores or rankings, because shops need different things. Every option is judged on the same questions:

  1. Price and what is included, noting whether VAT is stated.
  2. Limits on customers, scans, staff or locations.
  3. Wallet card without an app for the customer.
  4. Push messages and the plan they start in.
  5. Trial and contract: how long can you try it, and how long are you tied in?
  6. Fit for Belgian shops: languages, Bancontact-style counters (the card works next to any till), local support.

How do they compare?

Prices per month as published on 25 October 2026. “Not stated” means we found nothing on the vendor’s own page.

What about paper or your own app?

Paper is the cheapest start and an own app gives the most control. See Fidelia vs paper cards and Fidelia vs your own app. More in the complete guide and on the Belgian homepage.

Questions

Which digital loyalty card is best for a small Belgian shop?

It depends on what you need. For a Wallet card with no customer cap, look at Fidelia, FidelUp, Stampzer or Goodly. For a free start, Palomi and SumUp Local have free options. Read the 'best for' line under each option below.

Why is Fidelia in its own list?

Fidelia wrote this page and says so. To keep it fair, the criteria come first, every option is described the same way, competitor facts come from their own pages with the date checked, and where we found nothing we write 'not stated on their site'.

How much does a digital loyalty card cost in Belgium?

Entry prices in this list run from free (Palomi, SumUp Local) to about 30 euro a month (Fidelia Essential is €29, Goodly 29 euro, Fiddo 29 euro). Always check whether the price is excl. VAT, whether a setup fee applies and how long the contract runs.

Do customers need to download an app?

With Fidelia, Goodly, FidelUp, Stampzer, Palomi and Zerosix the card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, per their pages. Joyn, Fiddo, Stamp Me and SumUp Local use their own customer apps or cards, per their pages.
