Fidelia vs Goodly: prices and features compared

In short: if you want push notifications for the lowest monthly price, Goodly’s €29 Pro plan includes them. If you want push, location reminders, several card types (points, cashback, prepaid, membership) and VIP levels in one plan, Fidelia Pro at €59 covers that, and Essential at €29 is the plain stamp card.

How do the plans line up?

Prices per month excl. VAT, as published on 25 October 2026. Each row compares the plan you would need for that feature.

Where is Fidelia stronger?

  • More card types in one plan. Pro lets you run points, cashback, prepaid, packs and membership cards, not only stamps, and add up to three VIP levels to any of them.
  • Location reminders cost less. Geolocation is in Pro at €59; on Goodly it starts with Business at €69.
  • Several shops add up more slowly. Each extra location is €19 a month. Five locations on Pro cost less than Goodly’s €149 Multi-sites plan.
  • The QR stand is part of the plan. Your first A5 counter stand is printed with your card and delivered; more cost €19 each.
  • The yearly discount doesn’t end after year one. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free each year. Goodly’s −15 % and −20 % apply to the first period, after which the plan renews at the full price (Goodly’s own FAQ).
  • E-mails go out from your shop’s own address on shop.fidelia.se, and replies land in your Fidelia inbox.
  • Founding merchants in Belgium can get Pro at €19 a month for as long as they stay.

Where is Goodly stronger?

  • Push at €29. Goodly’s entry plan includes push notifications, 10,000 e-mails a month, an AI assistant and RFM analytics. On Fidelia, push and e-mails need Pro.
  • More e-mails per month: 10,000 (Pro), 50,000 (Business), 100,000 (Multi-sites), against 2.000 on Fidelia Pro.
  • Gift cards, white-label and API in Business.
  • Till and webshop connections with Shopify and Lightspeed Retail (X-Series), with SumUp and Odoo announced.
  • A 30-day money-back guarantee, under conditions Goodly sets out (card active, at least 10 customers and 30 stamps given).

Who should pick Goodly?

Goodly is the more direct fit if you sell through Shopify or Lightspeed and want stamps credited automatically at the till, if you need gift cards, or if push notifications and a large e-mail volume are what you want from day one at €29 a month.

Who should pick Fidelia?

Fidelia fits shops that want more than a stamp card: a café selling coffee packs, a gym with memberships, a boutique giving cashback, with VIP levels on top and reminders when customers walk past. It also fits owners who’d rather pay €29 for a simple stamp card and add Pro later.

How do you switch from Goodly to Fidelia?

  1. Create your Fidelia card with the same reward, so regulars recognise it. Start the 14-day Pro trial if you want push from the start.
  2. Turn on the welcome stamp and, for regulars who were close to a reward, add their stamps by hand from the customer page.
  3. Put the Fidelia QR stand next to the old one for two or three weeks; staff ask “Do you have our new card?” at payment.
  4. Send one last message on Goodly with the link to the new card, then cancel Goodly at the end of its period (yearly plans run to the end of their term).
  5. Export your Goodly customer list (CSV) before the contract ends; Goodly deletes the data afterwards.

Questions

Is Goodly cheaper than Fidelia?

At the entry level both cost the same per month: Goodly Pro is €29 excl. VAT and Fidelia Essential is €29. Goodly's €29 plan includes push notifications and e-mails, which Fidelia only includes in Pro at €59. For geolocation, Goodly asks €69 (Business) and Fidelia €59 (Pro).

Do both work with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet?

Yes. Both create a card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and customers add it by scanning a QR code, without installing an app.

Which one has a free trial?

Both offer 14 days of their push-capable plan for free and ask for a payment method when the trial starts. Goodly's Business and Multi-sites plans have no trial; Fidelia's Essential plan has none either.

Can I switch from Goodly to Fidelia without losing my customers?

Your customers keep their old card until you stop it. Put the new Fidelia QR stand next to the counter, give a welcome stamp to returning regulars, and send your Goodly customers a last push message with the link to the new card before you cancel.

Which is better for several shops?

Goodly Multi-sites costs €149 excl. VAT a month with 5 points of sale and €20 per extra site. Fidelia charges €59 for Pro plus €19 per extra location, so five locations come to Pro plus four extra locations.
