With a location added, your customers’ Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards can come up on the lock screen when they walk near your shop, with a nudge to show the card for a stamp.
How do I set it up?
- Open Locations in the dashboard.
- Press Add location.
- Start typing your shop’s address in the search box and pick a suggestion. The pin is placed for you; drag it to adjust. You can also press Use my current position.
- Check the Name and the Address. The address is printed on the back of the card, and you can shorten it.
- Optionally write a Lock screen message for each language. Leave it empty to use the default text.
- Press Save.
The map shows a circle around each location. The Lock screen radius is 100 m: inside it, Apple Wallet may show the card.
Which plan do I need?
Reminders near your shop are part of 599 kr a month (Pro, excluding VAT). Locations themselves work on every plan. The Locations page says so if you are on Essential. If you downgrade, the reminders stop.
What decides when it shows?
You provide the place and the text. The phone decides when to show it. Apple notes that iOS chooses exactly when, and Google uses its own radius and text. So the reminder is a gentle extra, not a guaranteed message.
