How does the free trial work?
Pro is free for 14 days. You create your account and your loyalty card without paying; payment details are only asked for when you open it to customers, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel online before then and you pay nothing. Essential has no trial.
Is the QR stand included?
Yes. Your first A5 acrylic stand is included in your plan, printed with your branding and delivered. Extra stands are 199 kr each, excl. VAT. You can also download your QR code and print it yourself.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes: pay yearly and you get two months free. Switch any time.
I have more than one shop. How does that work?
It depends. Another address of the same business is an extra location, at 199 kr a month excl. VAT: customers use the same card everywhere, and with Pro you see stats per location. A separate business becomes another shop on your account, with its own card, team and plan. You keep one login and switch between shops in one tap.
