Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, already on their phone. No wallet? They get a web card with a QR code.
Will my customers actually use it?
There is nothing to download and no password to remember: they scan the stand, type their first name and email, and the card goes into the wallet already on their phone. Turn on the welcome stamp to give them a reason to start right away.
How does the free trial work?
Pro is free for 14 days. You create your account and your loyalty card without paying; payment details are only asked for when you open it to customers, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel online before then and you pay nothing. Essential has no trial.
Is the QR stand included?
Yes. Your first A5 acrylic stand is included in your plan, printed with your branding and delivered. Extra stands are 199 kr each, excl. VAT. You can also download your QR code and print it yourself.
Can I send e-mails to my customers?
Yes, with Pro. Your shop sends from its own @shop.fidelia.se address, only to customers who said yes to your news when they joined. Plan them on a calendar, start from a template, and let AI write and translate them if you like. Every e-mail has a one-click unsubscribe, and when a customer replies, the answer lands in your Fidelia inbox and you get a notice. Up to 2 000 e-mails a month.
What about my customers’ data and GDPR?
A first name and an email address per customer, with their card history. Everything is stored in the EU, and the data processing agreement is part of our terms.
