What Fidelia works with

Fidelia puts your loyalty card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and needs nothing connected to your till: your team scans the card with any smartphone, whatever cash register or card terminal (Zettle or any other) you use. There is no POS plug-in to install, and none to maintain.

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

Fidelia is built on the two wallets already installed on your customers’ phones:

Apple Wallet Google Wallet
Phones iPhone Android phones with Google Wallet
Card updates Within seconds after each scan Within seconds after each scan
Notifications Stamp, reward, your messages (Pro) Stamp, reward, your messages (Pro); at most 3 alerts per card in 24 h, a Google rule
Near your shop (Pro) Card on the lock screen within about 100 m, with your line Notification inside a radius Google sets
No wallet app Web card with a QR code, in the browser Web card with a QR code, in the browser

The join page detects the phone and shows only the right button. Your design is shown in both wallets, and the card’s texts follow the language of the customer’s phone.

Works with any till

There is nothing to connect. Your team stamps by scanning the card in the Fidelia scanner, which runs in the browser of any smartphone with a camera. Your till, card terminal (Zettle or any other), Swish and accounting stay exactly as they are. For points and cashback cards, staff type the amount of the purchase on a keypad in the scanner.

This also means Fidelia has no integration with specific POS systems (such as Zettle or Lightspeed) and no public API for now. If you need one, tell us at hello@fidelia.se.

Google Maps

When you add your shop’s address, you find it with Google Maps search, and its position is placed on the cards for reminders near your shop. Your customers never load Google Maps through Fidelia.

E-mail

Shop e-mails leave from your shop’s own address on shop.fidelia.se, signed and authenticated (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for good deliverability, with one-click unsubscribe as Gmail and Yahoo require. Replies come back to your Fidelia inbox. Nothing to configure on your side.

Questions

Does Fidelia connect to my cash register?

No, and it doesn't need to. Stamps are given by scanning the customer's card with a phone, so Fidelia works next to any till, card terminal or Swish setup. There is no integration with specific POS systems, and no public API at the moment.

Can customers pay with their Fidelia card?

Not as a payment card. With a prepaid or cashback card (Pro), your team deducts the amount from the customer's balance in the scanner; the payment itself happens at your till as usual, by Swish, card or cash.

Which payment methods can I use to pay for Fidelia?

In Sweden: bank card or Klarna. Swish has no recurring payments, so it isn't offered for subscriptions. Payments run through Stripe; invoices are available from the Billing page of your dashboard.
