You create your Fidelia account at app.fidelia.se. There is no app to download for you or your customers, and no setup fee.
How do I create my account?
- Open app.fidelia.se and choose Create account. Prefer a guided call instead? See contact.
- Enter your e-mail and a password of at least 8 characters, or choose Continue with Google when it is offered. Then press Create account.
- If the page says Check your inbox, open the confirmation link we sent. Nothing after a minute? Look in your spam or Promotions folder.
- Under Where is your business?, pick your country. It sets your currency, timezone and the languages your customers see.
- Under Tell us about your business, enter your Business name, pick a category and search your address. It becomes your first location.
- Create your card: choose your reward and the number of stamps, or let the assistant fill it in from four quick questions. Press Create my card.
- Preview the card as it appears in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, then publish it.
What does the guided setup walk me through?
After signing up, Guide me in the dashboard takes you page by page:
- Publish your card
- Add your address
- Choose your plan: customers can join and staff can scan once you subscribe.
- Order your free stand: see the QR stand.
- Invite your team: just you? Tap Later. See invite your team.
- Stamp your first customer: see stamping a customer.
Good to know
- Before the first payment page you confirm your e-mail with a 6-digit code.
- Customers, scans and staff are unlimited on every plan, with no fee per user.
- The card works next to any till, because staff scan it with a phone. Stamping needs an internet connection.
- You can fine-tune the look later: see card design.
