Why a stand?
Because customers join at the counter, while they wait or pay. A stand next to the till or the Swish and card terminal, with your reward in large type and a QR code, lets them join without your team having to explain anything. It is the first thing most customers will see of your loyalty card.
What do you get?
- A clear acrylic T-stand holding an A5 sheet (148 × 210 mm, portrait).
- The sheet printed with your QR code and the design you chose or uploaded.
- Delivery to your shop. The delivery address is filled in from your first location.
How do you order it?
- Open Stand kit in the dashboard (owners and managers).
- Choose the design:
- Design it here (the easiest): pick your type of shop and one of the background styles; your real QR code is placed on it automatically; or
- I have my own design: upload your file. It must include your shop’s QR code, which you download from the same page.
- See it live on a mock-up of the stand.
- Enter the delivery address (filled in from your first location) and a phone number for the courier.
- Choose the quantity (1 to 10) and confirm. The first stand is free; extra stands are paid online when you order.
You can follow the order on the same page, up to shipped. If a stand arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we replace it.
Where does the QR code lead?
To a permanent short link on fidelia.se that belongs to your shop, which opens your join page. Because the link never changes, a stand printed today keeps working when you change your card, your reward or your design. With several cards, the code opens a card picker, or one specific card if you choose.

Which plan includes it?
Every plan, from Essential (299 kr a month excl. VAT). The included stand is available once your shop has a plan or a trial.
