Fidelia has two plans, Essential and Pro. You pay per location, with no setup fee and no fee per customer, scan or staff member. Prices are shown excluding VAT.
What does each plan include?
Essential, 299 kr a month:
- 1 location included
- 1 loyalty card, the stamp card
- Unlimited customers and scans
- A QR stand
Pro, 599 kr a month:
- Everything in Essential
- Several cards and the other card types
- Push campaigns
- Geolocation on passes
- Stats and CSV export, see Stats and CSV export
Pro is also the plan with the free trial: 14 days, with your card details asked up front. Essential has no trial, you are charged when you choose it. Details in Start your free trial.
How much is an extra location?
Each extra location is 199 kr a month, on top of the plan. On Billing, under Extra locations, use the minus and plus buttons to set how many you need. The page shows your total before you pay.
Monthly or yearly?
Choose Monthly or Yearly at the top of Choose your plan. Yearly carries a “2 months free” badge: Pro is 5 990 kr a year, which comes to 500 kr a month. Essential is 2 990 kr a year.
How do I choose a plan?
- Open Billing in the menu.
- Under Choose your plan, select Essential or Pro.
- Pick Monthly or Yearly and set your extra locations.
- Press Continue to payment, or Start 14-day free trial when Pro’s trial is available, and pay on the secure payment page.
