VIP levels reward customers who keep coming back. They work on top of any card type, so a stamp card can have a Silver and a Gold level too.
How do I add VIP levels?
- Open Card in the dashboard menu and go to the Extras step.
- Switch on Reward your best regulars with levels. Fidelia adds two starter levels, Silver and Gold, that you can rename.
- Under Levels count, choose Visits or Spending.
- For each level, fill in:
- Level name, up to 24 characters.
- from: the threshold, for example 10 visits for Silver and 25 visits for Gold.
- Perk for this level, for example “a free pastry every Friday”.
- Press Add a level for a third level. Use the remove button to delete one.
- Go to Publish and press Publish card, or Save and update passes if the card is live.
Each level needs a higher threshold than the one before, or the card cannot be published.
What do customers and staff see?
- The customer’s level appears on the card, and the levels with their perks are listed on the back of the pass.
- When a customer reaches a higher level, staff see a New level screen the next time they scan the card.
Levels are not a separate card: they use the same card and the same scans as before, and staff do nothing extra at the counter.
Which plan do I need?
VIP levels are part of Pro. You can set them up and preview them freely; only publishing needs Pro. See Plans and prices or try Pro free for 14 days.
If you want a separate card for members, see Card types, which also explains how to run several cards at once.
