Send an e-mail to your loyalty card customers

Open E-mails in the dashboard, pick a day on the calendar, write the e-mail with AI or from a template, and press Send. Sending is part of Pro; drafts are free.

E-mail suits longer news than a wallet notification: a new menu, an event, an offer with a code. You write it in blocks, and the e-mail goes out in each customer’s language.

How do I send an e-mail?

  1. Open E-mails in the dashboard and pick a day on the calendar, or press New e-mail.
  2. Choose Write it with AI (four quick questions) or Write it myself and pick a template: Newsletter, Offer, Something new, Event, We miss you or Blank.
  3. Fill in the Subject and the Preview text.
  4. Edit the blocks: Heading, Text, Image, Button, Offer and Divider. Use + Customer’s first name to greet each customer.
  5. Check the Inbox check panel for tips like a too-long subject or too many links.
  6. Press Send…, choose the audience and Now or Later, then confirm.

Drafts can be saved on any plan; sending needs Pro and an active trial or plan. Your shop’s name, address and the unsubscribe link are added automatically.

Who gets it, and how fast?

Only customers who agreed to hear from you and gave an e-mail address, each address once. E-mails go out gradually to protect your sender reputation. The Send dialog shows roughly how long it takes. Your monthly allowance is 2.000 e-mails.

Replies

Customers can reply. Answers appear under Inbox in the E-mails section, and you reply from there.

E-mail or wallet message?

Use a push message for a short nudge, and e-mail when you need space, pictures or a button. The AI assistant can draft the text in all your languages.

Questions

How many e-mails can I send?

Up to 2.000 e-mails a month. New senders start with a smaller daily cap that grows as you send, so inboxes trust you.

Who gets my e-mail?

Customers who agreed to news and offers when they joined and who gave an e-mail address. Anyone who unsubscribed is left out automatically.

Which address does it come from?

From your shop's name, at a Fidelia address on shop.fidelia.se. Customers' replies arrive in your Inbox under E-mails.

Can I send to a single customer?

Yes. Open the customer and press Send an e-mail.
