What can you send?
Newsletters, offers, a new product, an event, a “we miss you” note, or a one-off e-mail to a few customers from their customer page. Every e-mail is built from simple blocks: heading, text, image, button, offer and divider, with your shop’s name in the header and your address and an unsubscribe link in the footer.
How do you write one?
- Open E-mails. A calendar shows what is sent, scheduled and in draft.
- Click New e-mail and choose:
- Write it with AI: answer four questions (goal, details such as the offer, date and button link, tone, an optional photo) and get a full draft, translated into your country’s other languages; or
- Write it myself: start from a template (newsletter, offer, something new, event, we miss you, blank).
- Edit it in place. Type headings and text directly in the e-mail, add blocks with “+”, and use
{first_name}to greet each customer by name. - Check it. A live preview (phone or computer) and automatic checks flag a missing subject, a subject in capitals, spam-like words, missing image descriptions, broken links or an e-mail heavy enough to be cut by Gmail.
- Send or schedule it, to everyone who opted in, or to one card’s holders.
Every language version has the same blocks in the same order; only the words differ. Customers get the version in their language, or your main language if that one is empty.
Automatic e-mails
Besides one-off campaigns, you can switch on automations: a welcome e-mail, a reminder when a reward is waiting, and a note to customers not seen in 30 days.
Google review invites work on every plan: paste your Google review link, choose a delay (2 hours after the visit by default), and each opted-in customer gets one e-mail inviting them to leave a review, once ever, after a visit. Every customer is asked, not only happy ones, and nothing is offered in exchange, as Google’s rules require.
What happens to replies?
E-mails leave from your shop’s address with your shop’s name as the sender. When a customer replies, the reply lands in the Inbox tab of your dashboard, grouped by conversation, and owners get a short notice by e-mail (without the message content). You answer from the inbox, from the same address, and the conversation stays in the customer’s thread.
Who receives your e-mails?
Customers who ticked the optional box for your news when they joined, gave an e-mail address, and haven’t unsubscribed or bounced. One click on Unsubscribe turns your news off for that customer; their loyalty card keeps working.
What are the limits?
| Recipients per month | 2.000 per shop |
| Campaigns per day | 2 per shop |
| Warm-up | 200 a day until 500 sent, 1,000 a day until 3,000 sent, then 3,000 a day |
| Scheduling | Up to 90 days ahead |
| Images | PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP up to 2 MB, resized automatically |
| Tracking | No open-tracking pixel |
A shop whose e-mails bounce or get reported as spam too often is paused until we’ve looked at it together. This protects every shop’s deliverability.
Which plan includes it?
Sending e-mails is part of Pro (€59 a month excl. VAT, 14-day free trial). Drafts are free on every plan.
Examples by trade

- Florist: an offer two weeks before Mother’s Day, with an order deadline.
- Restaurant: the new seasonal menu, sent on Monday to fill Thursday.
