See Fidelia in 50 seconds
A loyalty card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, added with a QR code and stamped from any phone.
English voice-over
What is a Wallet push notification?
It is a message that appears on your customer’s lock screen, coming from your loyalty card. Because the card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you don’t need an app, a text-message budget or anyone’s phone number: the card carries the message, with your logo as the icon.
Typical uses: a promo for a quiet afternoon, a new product, a seasonal opening, an event, double stamps this weekend.
How do you send one?
- Open Messages in the dashboard.
- Write a title (up to 40 characters) and a message (up to 200) in your main language. Add the other languages of your country if you like; customers without a translation get your main language. The AI assistant can draft and translate it.
- Choose who gets it: all customers, customers with a reward waiting, or customers not seen in 30 days. With several cards, you can also limit it to one card’s holders.
- Send it now or pick a date and time, up to 60 days ahead, and optionally a day until which it stays on the card.
- Check the previews of the iPhone lock screen and the Android notification, then confirm: “Send to N customers”.
What do customers see?
On an iPhone, the message appears on the lock screen with your logo, and stays readable on the back of the card under News from your shop until the end date you set.
On Android, Google Wallet shows the message as a notification and on the card. Google allows 3 notifications per card in 24 hours, including the automatic reward notifications. If a message would go over that, Fidelia tells you how many Android customers will see it on the card without a notification, before you send.
Who receives it, exactly?
Customers who:
- hold your card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (web cards have no lock screen),
- ticked the optional box for your news when they joined,
- and whose card is still active.
Everyone, including customers who did not tick the box, still gets the automatic service notifications of their card: a stamp added, a reward ready, a reward claimed.
