Included in Essential

An AI assistant that writes and translates for your shop

Fidelia's AI assistant helps with the texts a shop owner rarely has time for: reward ideas, push notifications, the line shown near your shop, and whole e-mails, written in Swedish and translated into English. It is included in every plan, with 50 credits a month on Essential and 500 on Pro.

Where does the AI help?

Where What it does
Card designer Suggests 3 reward ideas and translates the reward and card name into your other language
Messages (push) Drafts ideas, rewrites in another tone (shorter, friendlier, add urgency, more formal) and translates
Locations Suggests 3 lock-screen lines (up to 60 characters) shown near your shop on iPhone
E-mails Writes a whole e-mail from 4 questions, proposes 5 subject lines, rewrites a block, translates every text

Every suggestion lands in the editor, where you edit it like your own text. Nothing is published or sent without your click.

How does it work?

  1. Click the AI button next to the field (for example Suggest 3 rewards), or Ask AI in the e-mail editor.
  2. Give a little context if asked: the goal, the offer, the tone, a date.
  3. Pick a suggestion, edit it, and use the one-click buttons to shorten it, change the tone or translate it.

Texts stay within the limits of the field they fill: a reward of up to 40 characters, a notification title of 40 and a message of 200, a lock-screen line of 60. The AI is told not to invent prices, numbers or links, and e-mails keep the {first_name} placeholder.

Why translation matters in Sweden

Your card and your messages are shown in the language of each customer’s phone, among your country’s languages: Swedish and English. Many Swedish shops serve students, newcomers and tourists who read English more comfortably than Swedish, but writing everything twice is what stops most owners from doing it. The assistant gives you a first version in both languages; customers without a translation get your main language.

What are the limits?

Essential Pro
Credits per month 50 500 (150 during the trial)
Per day 100 at most 100 at most
Who can use it Owners and managers Owners and managers

When you run out, Essential is pointed to Pro, and Pro shows the date your credits come back.

Which plan includes it?

Every plan includes the assistant. Push notifications, location lines and sending e-mails are Pro features, so most of the AI’s work happens on Pro (599 kr a month excl. VAT, 14-day free trial).

Examples by trade

Example requests, not customer stories:

  • Restaurant: “Fill Thursday evening, set lunch menu, friendly tone” → three push notification drafts in Swedish and English.
  • Boutique: “New autumn collection, 10 % off this weekend” → a full e-mail with subject ideas.
  • Florist: “Suggest a reward for 8 visits” → three reward ideas to choose from.

Questions

What is an AI credit?

A unit of use: one credit is 1,000 tokens (small pieces of words) of question and answer. A reward suggestion uses a fraction of a credit; drafting and translating a whole e-mail uses a few. The panels show how many credits you have left.

How many credits do I get?

50 a month on Essential, 500 a month on Pro and 150 during the Pro trial, with at most 100 a day. Credits renew on the first of each month; there are no credit packs to buy.

Does the AI send anything by itself?

No. It only suggests texts in the editor. You read them, change them if needed, and decide what to publish or send.

Which AI do you use, and what does it receive?

The assistant runs on a language model through the OpenRouter service. It receives only the short texts and instructions you type in the AI panel, never your customer list.

Is the translation good enough for my customers?

It is a good first version for Swedish and English. AI can be wrong, so read it before you use it, especially offers, dates and prices.
