Stats show how your cards are doing: visits, rewards and customers over time. They are part of the Pro plan, as is the CSV export. Pro is free for 14 days when you start.

What do I see on the Stats page?

Open Stats in the dashboard menu and choose a Period: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 12 months. The page shows:

  • Visits, Rewards, Active customers and New customers, each compared with the period before.
  • Activity: a chart you can switch between visits, stamps and rewards.
  • New and returning customers: who joined in the period, and who came back after joining earlier.
  • Coming back: the share of active customers who had joined before the period.
  • Busiest days: visits by day of the week.
  • Per card and Per location, when you have more than one card or location.

A customer only counts once their card is in a wallet.

How do I export to CSV?

  1. Open Stats and pick the Period you want.
  2. Press Export CSV at the top of the page.
  3. Your browser downloads a CSV file with every transaction in that period: date, time, type, customer, card, location, staff, stamps and more.

For your customer list, open the Customers page and press Export CSV there. That file has one row per customer, with first name, e-mail, card progress, visits and whether they accept news. Dates and money follow your shop’s language, time zone and currency.

What does Essential show?

On Essential, the Stats page shows a preview with example data under Full stats are part of Pro. The export button carries a lock and a Pro badge, and both lead to Billing. To switch, see Change or cancel your plan, or compare plans in Plans and prices.

Owners and managers. Other team members get a message that only owners and managers can see stats and exports.

What is in the export?
