Why run more than one card?
Because one card rarely fits everything you sell. A bakery may want a bread card for daily customers and a cake card for weekends; a café a coffee card and a prepaid lunch pack; a gym a membership and a stamp card for the juice bar. Each card has its own reward, design, type and rules.
How do customers choose?
- They scan your usual QR code. When more than one card is active, the page first shows a picker: each card’s colour, name and promise.
- They tap the card they want, type their first name and e-mail address, and add it to their wallet.
- To skip the picker, you can share a link or print a QR code that opens one card’s form directly, for example on the cake counter.
A customer can hold one of each of your cards. Each card is a separate pass in their wallet.
How do you manage them?
In the dashboard, Cards lists every card with its type: create a new one, rename, archive or restore. The designer edits the card you select. Your team scans every card with the same scanner; the scanner recognises which card it is.
When you send a push notification or an e-mail, you can send it to everyone or only to the holders of one card.
What are the limits?
| Active cards on Essential | 1 |
| Active cards on Pro | Several |
| Cards per customer | One of each card, per e-mail address |
| Card types | One type per card; a Pro shop can mix types |
Which plan includes it?
Several cards are part of Pro (€59 a month excl. VAT, 14-day free trial). Essential includes one active stamp card.
