The AI assistant helps you write short texts in your shop’s languages. It suggests; you decide.
Where can I use it?
- Reward name on your card: Suggest ideas for rewards and Translate into the other languages.
- Messages: Suggest ideas for push messages, and Change the tone with Shorter, Friendlier, Add urgency or More formal.
- Locations: ideas for the lock screen line that appears near your shop.
- E-mails: Write it with AI drafts a whole e-mail from four answers (goal, details, tone, optional photo), and the Ask AI panel in the editor redrafts it, suggests subject ideas and translates.
How do I use it?
- Open the AI help on the text you are writing, for example AI writing help in Messages.
- Tell it in a few words what the text is about, such as “free croissant with every coffee this Saturday”.
- Press the suggestion button and read the options.
- Press Use this on the one you like, then edit it.
Give facts such as dates and offers yourself. The assistant does not make up prices or dates.
What are credits?
Each request uses some credits, depending on the length of the request and the answer. Essential includes 50 credits a month. Pro includes 500 a month, and the Pro trial includes 150. The AI credits card in the dashboard shows what is left and when new credits arrive. There is also a daily cap, and out of credits, you wait for the reset date or move to Pro.
