How does stamping work?
- Open the scanner on the phone. It can be installed on the home screen like an app and stays signed in.
- Scan the QR code on the customer’s Wallet card (or web card).
- See the result straight away: a big +1, the customer’s first name and their progress (“Card 3 · 4/10”), with a vibration and a sound. The scanner goes back to the camera for the next customer.
- The customer’s card updates on their phone within seconds.
When a reward is ready, the scanner shows it instead: Mark as claimed, or Claim + add today’s stamp if the customer also buys something today. A full card can’t receive a plain stamp, so no stamp is lost.
For points, cashback, prepaid and membership cards, the scanner shows a till-style keypad and the actions of that card: Top up, Charge, Use, Check in, Renew…
Who can do what?

Each colleague is invited by e-mail and sets their own password; someone who already has a Fidelia account is simply added. Only an owner can add or remove another owner, and a shop always keeps at least one owner. When someone leaves, remove them from the team and their access stops.
How is cheating prevented?
- Time between two stamps on the same card: 5 minutes by default; you can choose none, 1, 5, 15 or 30 minutes, or 1, 4 or 12 hours. The scanner shows how long is left.
- Every action is recorded with the staff member, the location and the device. Nothing is ever deleted: a correction is a new entry that reverses the previous one.
- Corrections by managers: an owner or manager sets the right number with Adjust stamps and gives a reason.
- Random card numbers that can’t be guessed; the QR code only contains that number.

Which plan includes it?
Every plan, from Essential (€29 a month excl. VAT). If your subscription ends, scanning keeps working for 7 days so you have time to sort it out, and customers can always claim a reward that is ready.
Examples by trade
Example set-ups, not customer stories:
- Restaurant: a phone at the till for the evening rush, and the manager’s own phone as a second scanner on busy nights.
- Bar: a 4-hour gap between stamps, so one evening counts as one visit.
- Friterie: staff stamp with their own phones, each signed in with their own account, so the owner sees who stamped what during the Friday rush.
