What is a QR stand for a loyalty card?

A QR stand is a small sign on your counter with a QR code that customers scan with their phone camera to join your loyalty card. It replaces the box of paper cards: one scan, a short form, and the card is in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

What makes a good QR stand?

  • Placed where people wait: next to the till or the card terminal, at eye level, not behind the coffee machine.
  • One clear promise: “10 stamps = free large fries” says more than “Join our loyalty programme”.
  • A large code with space around it, so phones read it at arm’s length.
  • A short link under the code for customers whose camera won’t scan.

Staff help a lot: “Do you want our card? Scan here” at the till does more than any sign.

Why does it matter for a shop?

The stand is how customers join. Without it, the digital card is invisible; with it, joining takes a few seconds while the order is being prepared.

How does Fidelia handle it?

Every Fidelia shop gets a QR code and a short link (fidelia.se/s/your-shop) that opens your card’s join page. You can order an A5 acrylic stand from the dashboard: Fidelia designs the sheet with your logo, colours and reward, or you upload your own print file. Your first stand is included in your plan; further stands cost €19 excl. VAT each, printing and delivery included.

Your first stamp, tomorrow morning.

Set it up tonight. Cancel online any time.
